Safety operation rules for shock absorber spring disassembly:
1. Check the state of special damping tools before use:
A. Ensure that the fixed connection between the dedicated support and the support is normal.
B. Confirm that the spring clamp is compatible with the model.
2. Fix the shock absorber assembly on the special tool.
A. Pretighten the compression nut and ensure that the spring fits tightly with the fixture.
B. Tighten the compression nut and always pay attention to the state of the spring.
3. Remove the shock absorber mounting nut:
A. Confirm that the spring and shock absorber rod are free.
B. Make sure the spring and fixture are firm.
C. Remove the nuts using the special shock absorber nut removal tool.
4. Install shock absorbers:
A. Confirm the installation positions of shock absorbers, thrust bearings, and buffer blocks.
B. Install the nut using the special tool for shock absorber nut removal and ensure that the nut is firm.
C. Gradually release the fixture until the spring is separated from the fixture, and timely correct the installation positions of shock absorbers, thrust bearings, and buffer blocks during the process.
5. Key notes:
A. During the whole operation, the operator shall be on both sides of the shock absorber, not at both ends of the shock absorber, and the work shall be completed in the assembly repair room, and there shall be no other irrelevant personnel around.
B. Prepare all tools and spare parts before disassembly. After the shock absorber nut is removed, the operator shall not leave the site until the installation is complete.
C. Before use, butter the flat bearing and screw to increase the service life of the tool!
